Veinz Talk to us

Veinz

Payments that start with your palm.

Veinz builds palm-vein payment systems for the places people pay every day — campus canteens, workplace cafeterias and neighbourhood shops. Our first product, VeinzPay, lets people pay by holding a hand over a terminal: no card, no phone, no code to remember.

What we do

Three things, built to work as one

Palm-vein recognition

Near-infrared light shows the pattern of veins beneath the skin: different on every hand, hidden from ordinary cameras, and stable through adult life. The terminal reads it, and the palm print alongside, while the hand is held over it.

Payments infrastructure

Wallets topped up with UPI or a card, a double-entry ledger behind every rupee, refunds and disputes, settlement to the shop's bank account, and statements a bank would recognise.

Run where you are

The platform runs on one PC on your own premises, so your customers' data stays with you. Phones and terminals reach it on your Wi-Fi, and over the internet when you choose.

Our product

VeinzPay

Palm payments for canteens, campus stores and shops. Customers link a palm once at the counter; after that, holding their hand over the terminal is enough.

  • A wallet app for Android and iPhone, in English and ten Indian languages — top up, pay by palm or QR, send money, ask for it, and download statements.
  • Palm terminals for the counter, with the customer's PIN as well for bigger payments.
  • Dashboards for shops and for the people who run the platform: payments, refunds, disputes, settlements and staff.
  • One PC to run it, with backups, alerts on your phone, and upgrades that put the old version back if the new one does not start.

Trust

A key you cannot change deserves care

A password can be reset; a palm cannot. So the systems we build keep as little as possible, protect what they keep, and show their working.

Templates, not pictures

What is kept of a palm is two small mathematical templates — never an image — sealed with AES-256-GCM under a key that stays on the operator's own machine.

Every rupee accounted for

Money moves only through a double-entry ledger whose entries are hash-chained: an entry changed after the fact no longer verifies, and the platform checks the whole chain itself.

Checks before money moves

Every payment is decided on the platform, not the device: balances, daily limits, a PIN for larger amounts, and lockouts that survive a restart.

Your network, your keys

Phones talk to the platform over TLS pinned to its own key, set up from a code on the operator's screen, and the consoles keep nothing a stray script could carry off.

Who it's for

Where queues are long and wallets get left behind

Campuses

Canteens, stores and print rooms where students pay small amounts many times a day — and the same wallet works at every counter on campus.

Workplaces

Cafeterias and pantries that want a quicker counter, statements for every employee, and no cash to count at the end of the day.

Shops

Neighbourhood stores that want regular customers through faster, with a QR code by the till for anyone without a palm linked yet.

Bring VeinzPay to your campus or shop

Tell us where you are, how many counters you have and roughly how many people pay there each day. We will come back with what it takes to run it.
